West Locality Partnership Fund

Grants of up to £300k are available to community organisations for projects and activities that will improve health and care outcomes for vulnerable people in the West Locality of Birmingham (comprised of Ladywood and Perry Barr parliamentary constituencies).

Funding is available for partnership projects in the West Birmingham Locality seeking to address the following priority areas:

• Cardiovascular care.
• Children and young People.
• Healthy ageing.
• Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (multi-agency teams focusing on helping citizens use health and care services appropriately and effectively).
• Mental health (including well-being).
• Respiratory care.
• Infant mortality.
• Drug and alcohol abuse.
• Health literacy.
• Diabetes.
• Wider determinants of health.
