What is a credit?
A credit is used to draft a grant application. When you find a grant you want to apply for and ask our Ai to draft the application, this counts as one credit. Once the bid has been drafted you can make as many changes to the bid as you need as well as regenerating an answer without using additional credits.
How is the Bid Writer AI trained?
Our Bid Writer is trained on real, high-quality applications written by experienced grant writers. It understands structure, tone and funder expectations, so it writes clearly and professionally.
Will my application sound like AI?
No. Fundin writes using your information and your organisation’s voice. The output is natural, human and funder-friendly.
Do funders allow AI-written bids?
Yes. Funders care about accurate and clear applications, not the tool used to write them. We have never seen a bid rejected for using AI. Fundin only writes using your information, just like a human bid writer would.
Do I get support if I need help?
Yes. All plans include access to our in-app messenger for technical questions and guidance.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade inside your account. When downgrading, your data stays visible, but you can only actively use the limits included in your new plan.
