Unlimited bids, really?

Done-for-you isn’t priced per bid. You pay a flat monthly fee, and your bid writer works through your queue.

  1. Add to your queue. Line up as many grants or tenders as you like. Your bid writer helps you choose and order them.
  2. Your bid writer writes it. They work on one bid at a time.
  3. You approve, and the next one starts. You review the bid, submit it, and your bid writer moves to the next in the queue.

Every paid plan comes with a 12-month guarantee. If you don’t win more than you’ve paid us in 12 months, we refund the difference.

Who are your bid writers?

Experienced bid writers who have secured millions of pounds in grants and tenders. We match you with a bid writer whose experience fits your organisation and what you’re bidding for.

Will I work with the same bid writer?

Yes. You keep the same bid writer, who gets to know your organisation, and you have the wider team behind them too.

How quickly can we get started?

Onboarding can take as little as a day. It depends on how quickly you can send us your documents, such as past bids, policies and impact reports.

How much of my time does it take?

After onboarding, a monthly strategy call and approving each bid before it goes in. Your bid writer does the rest.

What does unlimited bids mean?

There’s no cap on how many bids we write for you. Your bid writer works through your queue one bid at a time, with grants back in 5 working days and tenders in 10.

How do I reach my bid writer?

By email or WhatsApp, as well as your monthly strategy call.

Who submits the bid?

You do. Your bid writer gets it ready, and you approve and submit, so the final say always stays with you.

Do you take a percentage of what we win?

No. You pay a flat monthly fee and keep everything you win.

What counts as a bid?

One grant application or one tender response.

What’s the contract?

Done-with-you is monthly, and you can cancel anytime. Done-for-you has a three-month minimum.

Do we need separate plans for grants and tenders?

Not on done-for-you, which covers both in one queue. Done-with-you is priced separately for grants and tenders.

What if Fundin doesn’t pay for itself?

That’s what the guarantee is for. If you meet the criteria and don’t win more than you’ve paid us in 12 months, we refund the difference.

Is there a free version?

Yes. You can search the grant and tender databases and see your matches for free.
