1. Agreement to Terms

By signing up to use our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This is a rolling monthly agreement, and any payment made is fully non-refundable. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform.

2. Platform Services

Our platform provides tools and services to support grant writing and application processes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at our sole discretion without prior notice.

3. Scope of Services

We do not guarantee grant approval, nor do we have control over third-party grant funders’ decisions.
Our role is to assist with bid writing and submitting applications; anything else remains the responsibility of the user unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breaches.
You agree not to share your account with others or allow others to access the platform using your credentials.

5. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You must not:

Use the platform to transmit harmful or illegal content.
Attempt to disrupt or compromise the platform’s functionality or security.
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the platform’s source code.

6. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees and any applicable success fees are outlined in your chosen plan and are subject to change with prior notice.
Payment amounts may be increased with prior notice, and any changes will be communicated in-app.
Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension of access to the platform. We reserve the right to recover any fees incurred due to a chargeback.

7. Service-Level Agreements (SLAs)

Our turnaround time for Managed bids is typically 5 working days but more complex bids might be longer.
Self-Serve bids can take a maximum of 20 working days but more complex bids might be longer.
While we strive to meet timelines, external factors may impact delivery.

8. Pricing Models

Self-Serve Plan

No upfront fee.
10% success fee on all successful grants.
User must find suitable grants and submit their applications on the platform before the deadline.
Includes 1 credit per month (1 application). Credits do not roll over.
If the platform is not used for 3 consecutive months, the account will be removed.
Applications must be approved before submission.

Fully Managed Plan

£499 monthly fee.
No success fee applies.
We handle grant discovery, bid writing, and submission.
Unlimited credits, subject to a fair usage policy: we will only work on one application at a time, and a new grant will not be started until the previous one is approved.
Typical turnaround is 5 working days per application.

9. Success Fees – Payment Restrictions

Success fees (for Self-Serve) must not be paid directly from the awarded grant funding.
Clients must ensure they have alternative budget sources available to cover success fees.
We strongly warn all clients that attempting to pay success fees from grant awards may result in breaches of funder conditions.

10. Outcome Notification

The client must inform us of the outcome of the application within 5 working days of being notified by the funder.
If the application is unsuccessful, the client must provide proof of the funder’s decision (e.g., email or written correspondence).

11. Presumption of Success

If no proof of an unsuccessful outcome is provided within the required timeframe, we will presume the application has been successful and invoice any applicable success fee accordingly.

12. Invoicing and Payment

The success fee (if applicable under your plan) will be invoiced once we receive confirmation that the awarded funds have been transferred to the client’s bank account. Invoices will be in line with the payment schedule from the funder.
Invoices are payable upon issue.
Late payments may result in interest charges as per statutory requirements.

13. Suspension of Services

Failure to settle outstanding invoices or provide required information for grants may result in suspension of access to the platform and our services until the issue is resolved.

14. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

Reviewing and approving the content of grant applications prior to submission.
Providing accurate and timely information as required for grant applications.
Informing us of any material changes that may affect the grant application.

15. Data Privacy

By using the platform, you consent to our collection, use, and storage of data as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that all data you provide on the platform is accurate and up-to-date.
We will not share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to provide services.

16. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software associated with the platform are owned by us or our licensors and are protected under intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

17. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account or restrict access to the platform for violation of these terms or misuse of services.
You may cancel your account at any time by providing written notice. Cancellation does not waive any outstanding payment obligations.
Our previous money-back guarantee has been updated: If no grants are secured within 12 months, we will continue writing for free until your initial investment is recovered.

18. Liability Limitations

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability for any claim related to the platform is limited to the amount you paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party grant providers, including changes to funding criteria, delays in grant processing, or rejection of applications.

19. Fair Usage Policy

We reserve the right to limit excessive or unreasonable usage of bid writing services that exceeds fair and intended use.

20. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated in-app, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

21. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and all terms are written in UK English. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

22. Grant Application Accuracy & Fraud Prevention

Users must ensure that all information provided in grant applications is truthful and accurate. Any fraudulent, misleading, or inaccurate submissions may result in account termination and potential legal action.

23. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, strikes, or governmental actions.

24. User-Generated Content

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload, use, and share any content submitted to the platform. We reserve the right to remove any content that is harmful, illegal, or infringes on third-party rights.

25. Marketing & Communication Consent

By using our platform, you consent to receiving marketing communications, updates, and promotional offers. You may opt out at any time.
You also grant us permission to use your organization’s logo on our website and promotional materials, as well as to publicly promote successful grant applications unless otherwise agreed in writing.
