Fundin.ai is owned and operated by Fundin Limited. By accessing or using the app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the app.

The funding database and its content are the exclusive property of Fundin Limited. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the database solely for the purpose of researching and drafting funding applications using Fundin.ai.

Fundin Limited provides Fundin.ai on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the app, we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or that users will secure funding through its use.
Fundin Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use Fundin.ai.

Users retain ownership of all content they upload to Fundin.ai. By uploading content, users grant Fundin Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process the content for the purpose of providing the app’s services.
