Rosa’s Stand With Us Fund

Amount: Up to £28,000
Closing date: 22 Jun 2026
Overview: The Stand With Us fund was set up to address the critical lack of investment in frontline organisations supporting women and girls who experience male violence. Originally started with money raised by Reclaim These Streets in the wake of the appalling kidnap, rape and murder of Sarah Everard, the fund exists to make the UK safer for all women and girls.

VCSE Neighbourhood Health Engagement Opportunity – Expression of Interest

Amount: Up to £48,000
Closing date: 22 Jun 2026
Overview: The ambition of a neighbourhood health service is to bring people, services, and communities together to help everyone live healthier, more active, and independent lives. The focus is on joining up care and support, especially for those who need extra help. Neighbourhood working goes beyond treating illness.

Energy Redress Scheme – Main Fund and Small Projects Fund

Amount: Up to £2,000,000
Closing date: 23 Jun 2026
Overview: The Ofgem Energy Industry Voluntary Redress Scheme has opened the first funding round in phase three of the scheme. A total of £30 million is now available to charities and community energy groups that support households most at risk from cold homes and high energy bills across England, Scotland and Wales.

Black History Month grant

Amount: Up to £2,499
Closing date: 23 Jun 2026
Overview: Black History Month (BHM) celebrates the achievements, culture and history of the African, Caribbean and diaspora communities. You can apply for a grant of up to £2,499 to run an event or series of events taking place in October and November 2026. Applications are competitive and the programme is often oversubscribed.

Co-op Local Community Fund

Amount: Up to £3,500,000
Closing date: 24 Jun 2026
Overview: The Local Community Fund supports projects in our members’ communities that provide access to opportunities and resources to help people thrive. For our next funding round, which starts in October 2026, Co-op Members will decide how we invest £3.5m through our Local Community Fund.

Legal Support Grant 2026–2029

Amount: Up to £875,000
Closing date: 25 Jun 2026
Overview: The Legal Support Grant 2026 is a two-and-a-half-year grant programme funded by the Ministry of Justice and delivered by The Access to Justice Foundation across England and Wales. There is a total of £15 million available in funding from 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2029.

Green Community Grants

Amount: Up to £2,000
Closing date: 30 Jun 2026
Overview: Bupa Foundation Green Community Grants offers funding to charities, not-for-profit organisations, local authorities and social housing providers to make local places and spaces greener – ensuring happier and healthier communities across the UK, Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands.

Alec Dickson Trust

Amount: Up to £500
Closing date: 1 Jul 2026
Overview: The Alec Dickson Trust supports young people who, through volunteering or community service, aim to enhance the lives of others, particularly those most marginalised by society. Applications for grants of up to £500 are invited from individuals aged 30 and under or from small groups of young people who believe their actions to be in pursuit of this aim.

Funding for charities working with disability

Amount: Up to £75,000
Closing date: 1 Jul 2026
Overview: We support organisations working with disability. We award grants to capital projects which help people to live more independently. We are particularly interested in projects which focus on training, employment and supported housing, especially when the project helps young people transition from children’s services to adults’ services.

Expression of Interest – Early Years Parenting Fund

Amount: Up to £225,000

Overview: The Early Years Parenting Fund aims to improve the development of children most at risk of poor Early Childhood Development outcomes, by investing in effective parenting support. The foundation wants to fund work that can clearly demonstrate its contribution to improving early childhood development for children aged newborn to five.

Expression of Interest: Surrey Strategic Transformation Programme

Amount: Up to £15,000
Closing date: 2 Jul 2026
Overview: A number of donor funds have come together to support the sustainability and resilience of voluntary sector organisations. Increasingly charities are looking to respond to the urgent need to cut costs by looking for new ways of working, cementing partnership working, or even merging.

Expression of Interest: Sites of Memory: community grants

Amount: Up to £10,000
Closing date: 3 Jul 2026
Overview: The Greater London Authority will fund 10 community research projects across the UK. These projects will explore the history and lasting impact of the transatlantic trafficking of enslaved Africans.

Large Grants

Amount: Up to £50,000
Closing date: 7 Jul 2026
Overview: This programme supports the conservation and sustainable use of church buildings, focusing on larger and more complex projects. Priority is given to urgent structural repairs costing more than £80,000 including VAT. The installation of kitchens and accessible toilets costing more than £30,000 including VAT is also eligible.

The Knowsley Community Fund

Amount: Up to £20,000
Closing date: 10 Jul 2026
Overview: The Knowsley 2030 Strategy includes a priority to make Knowsley a place where strong and safe communities can shape their future. The Knowsley Council Plan (2025–2030) is underpinned by an ethos of Stronger Communities with a clear focus placed on the Council’s role in supporting residents to thrive and helping people overcome inequality.

Branching Out Fund

Amount: Up to £2,500
Closing date: 19 Jul 2026
Overview: Small grants to support a new season of community tree planting. Over the past 20+ years, we have supported community groups, volunteer Tree Wardens and many others to plant hundreds of thousands of trees across the UK, thanks to generous Tree Partners and other supporters.

Violence Against Women and Girls Prevention Programme – Objective 1

Amount: Varies
Closing date: 27 Jul 2026
Overview: Finding out what works to prevent violence against young women and girls is a key part of delivering on YEF’s mission to prevent children and young people becoming involved in violence. It is also central to the cross-government strategy “Freedom from Violence and Abuse” published in December 2025.

Creative Communities

Amount: Up to £15,000
Closing date: 31 Jul 2026
Overview: The Hugo Burge Foundation is a major new arts funding body. In 2025, its first full year, they distributed £400,000 of grant funding to individuals, communities and organisations across the United Kingdom. Their grant funding is focused on three key areas: Creative Education, Creative Communities, and Creative Individuals.

Dynamo Digital Inclusion Fund

Amount: Up to £5,000
Closing date: 10 Aug 2026
Overview: The Dynamo Digital Inclusion Fund is focused on supporting initiatives that enable individuals to gain confidence in digital technology and help to create and inspire pathways into employment in the technology sector and thrive in an increasingly digital world.

Racing Foundation Grants

Amount: Up to £3,000,000
Closing date: 21 Aug 2026
Overview: The Racing Foundation’s purpose is to work in partnership with the racing industry to help achieve a sustainable future for the sport. They aim to develop understanding and action around the key charitable issues facing racing and to assist the industry with developing a collaborative and strategic response.

Wellbeing Through Nature Funding

Amount: Up to £10,000

Overview: At the heart of this programme is the ambition to support activities that strengthen the wellbeing of Letchworth residents through access and interaction with nature. This grant programme aims to fund initiatives that enable the Letchworth community to access information on green spaces and nature-based activities that can improve wellbeing.

Achlachan Wind Farm Community Fund (Highland)

Amount: Up to £10,000
Closing date: 15 Sep 2026
Overview: This fund is provided by Whirlwind Renewables, developers of the Achlachan Wind Farm. Starting in April 2019, the fund will receive approximately £30,000 annually for the life of the Achlachan Wind Farm, expected to be 25 years.

Grants for Good Fund

Amount: Up to £5,000

Overview: Grants for Good provides unrestricted funding to small and growing UK-based charities, voluntary groups, community organisations, and social enterprises that deliver significant positive impact on communities, people, or the environment.

Community Grant

Amount: Up to £500

Overview: Our Community Grants Programme backs the doers on the ground. With small awards and a straightforward process, we help deserving grassroots organisations get the extra boost they need to deliver projects that make a real, local difference.

Halsary Windfarm Community Benefit Fund

Amount: Up to £10,000
Closing date: 15 Sep 2026
Overview: The fund is provided by ScottishPower Renewables, the company that owns and operates the Halsary Windfarm. The Fund will be worth approximately £30,000 annually for the life of the windfarm, expected to be 25 years.

Expression of Interest: Sir Halley Stewart Fund: Social grants

Amount: Up to £60,000
Closing date: 23 Oct 2026
Overview: The Trust welcomes proposals for catalysing social initiatives in the UK that are either practical on-the-ground projects or focussed on the practical impact of research findings. Grants are available for both development projects and research projects in this social category.

Chrysalis Trust

Amount: Up to £10,000
Closing date: 15 Dec 2026
Overview: The Chrysalis Trust was established in 2009 and makes grants to UK registered charities and other organisations that carry out charitable activities providing public benefit. We focus on less popular and harder to fund projects with a spread of funding between local (North-East England), national and international causes.

Community Leadership Fund

Amount: Up to £1,000
Closing date: 31 Dec 2026
Overview: The Community Leadership Fund enables city councillors to support schemes, projects and activities that will have a positive impact within their wards. We have allocated each of our 60 councillors £1,000 to spend each financial year on community projects within their ward.

Foundation Scotland – Tannach and District Wind Farm Education & Training Fund (Highlands)

Amount: Up to £1,500

Overview: This fund provides bursaries to residents of the Tannach and District Community Councils area in Caithness to help them access training and education opportunities that better equip them with the range of skills needed to enter or retain employment in key sectors of the local economy.

National Lottery Heritage Grants (10K-250K) – Expression of Interest

Amount: Up to £250,000

Overview: The Project Enquiry is a great way to get feedback and advice before you start work on a full application to the National Lottery Heritage Grants (£10,000 to £250,000) programme. It is an optional step and does not form part of the formal application process. You can progress to application at any time.

National Lottery Awards for All (England)

Amount: Up to £20,000

Overview: We provide funding for projects that bring people together to build strong relationships and improve communities in England. You can apply for a grant of between £300 and £20,000 for projects lasting up to 2 years.

The Eveson Trust Grants

Amount: Varies

Overview: The Eveson Trust focuses on grant-making to registered charities supporting vulnerable people. Priority areas include people with disabilities, learning difficulties and special educational needs, assistance and support services, mental health, and community wellbeing.

Reaching Communities England

Overview: Reaching Communities England is a funding programme by The National Lottery Community Fund aimed at strengthening communities and improving lives across England, prioritising places, people, and communities experiencing poverty, disadvantage, or discrimination. It supports communities defined by shared location, interests, or life experiences.

Newby Trust Grants (Education, Environment, Health, Social Welfare)

Amount: Up to £10,000

Overview: The Newby Trust funds local, regional or national charities registered in the UK within the broad categories of education, the environment, health and social welfare. The principal purpose of the Trust is to enable people in the UK to improve their quality of life and fulfil their potential.

Millward Charitable Trust Grants

Overview: The Millward Charitable Trust is a grant-making trust that provides funding support to charitable organisations across the United Kingdom. Its funding focus areas include recreational activities, community cohesion, youth, older people, people with disabilities, mental and physical health, education and learning, and arts audiences.

National Lottery Heritage Grants (10K-250K)

Amount: Up to £250,000

Overview: National Lottery Heritage Grants is the funding programme for all types of heritage projects in the UK. Four investment principles guide all grant decision making under the 10-year strategy, Heritage 2033: saving heritage, protecting the environment, inclusion and access and participation, and organisational sustainability.

Connect to Work Programme – Expression of Interest

Overview: Connect to Work is a voluntary employment support programme launched by the UK Government as part of the Get Britain Working Strategy. It is designed to help people who face barriers to employment — such as health conditions, disabilities, or specific disadvantages — find and stay in meaningful work.

Mark Evison Foundation Grants

Overview: The Mark Evison Foundation was established in 2014 in memory of Lieutenant Mark Evison. The foundation’s mission is to promote the personal development of young people aged 16-25 through the undertaking of non-academic challenges.
