Unlimited bids, really?

Done-for-you isn’t priced per bid. You pay a flat monthly fee, and your bid writer works through your queue.

  1. Add to your queue. Line up as many grants or tenders as you like. Your bid writer helps you choose and order them.
  2. Your bid writer writes it. They work on one bid at a time.
  3. You approve, and the next one starts. You review the bid, submit it, and your bid writer moves to the next in the queue.

Every paid plan comes with a 12-month guarantee. If you don’t win more than you’ve paid us in 12 months, we refund the difference.

Who will write our bids?

Experienced bid writers who have secured millions of pounds in grants and tenders. We match you with one whose experience fits what you’re bidding for, and you keep the same bid writer throughout, with the wider team behind them.

How quickly can we get started?

Onboarding can take as little as a day. It depends on how quickly you can send us your documents, such as past bids, policies and impact reports.

How much of our time does it take?

After onboarding, a monthly strategy call and approving each bid before it goes in. Your bid writer does the rest.

How long does each bid take?

Your bid writer works through your queue one bid at a time, with grants back in 5 working days and tenders in 10.

What counts as a bid?

One grant application or one tender response.

Can we pay for just one bid?

Yes. Pay once and one of our bid writers will write and manage a single bid for you: £500 for a grant application or £1,500 for a tender response. Sign up for free, then buy it from your Billing page or from the grant or tender you want to apply for.

How do I reach my bid writer?

By email or WhatsApp, as well as your monthly strategy call.

Who submits the bid?

You do. Your bid writer gets it ready, and you approve and submit, so the final say always stays with you.

What’s the contract?

Done-with-you is billed annually. Done-for-you has a three-month minimum.

Do we need separate plans for grants and tenders?

Not on done-for-you, which covers both in one queue. Done-with-you is priced separately for grants and tenders.
