About the Fund
The Scaling Impact in Health and Care Fund supports charities and NHS organisations to expand proven health and care interventions and deliver them more widely. The Fund focuses on projects underpinned by real-world evidence of effectiveness, with strong potential for adoption and integration at scale. It prioritises initiatives that can demonstrate sustainability, system-level benefit, and measurable improvements for people and services.Previously known as the Innovation and Improvement in Health and Care Fund, it was refined in 2025 to better reflect its focus on bridging the gap between models of care that have been shown to work in practice and securing the resources needed to deliver them at scale.
Eligibility
- UK registered charities or exempt charities with primary activities focused on health and care.
- NHS organisations.
- Collective partnerships are allowed if total income across partners meets criteria and are led by a primary health/care charity or NHS organisation.
