Fundin exists to break down barriers

Fundin exists to flip that script.
After a decade working in the sector, our founder Tom saw how broken the process really was, especially for the teams doing the most important work, with the least capacity. So he set out to level the playing field.
Today, Fundin makes it radically easier for teams to find, apply for, and win the funding they deserve. With smart tech, expert support, and a deep understanding of how the sector really works, we take the faff out of funding, so you can focus on the work that matters.
Because access to funding shouldn’t depend on your capacity to jump through hoops. It should depend on the impact you’re making.

When he’s not deep in a grant strategy or product roadmap, you’ll likely catch him on the golf course, still chasing the perfect swing.

Funding Consultant
Before joining Fundin, Elise worked across the NHS and in national charities like Diabetes UK, giving her a front-row seat to the impact mission-driven organisations make every day, often without the support or funding.

And when she’s not supporting clients? Elise channels her creativity into graphic design, bringing colour, clarity and craft to everything she does.

With a background in software development and a love for clean, scalable systems, Oli’s proud to be part of the first team digitising the funding space properly. For him, it’s all about backing the organisations.
