For charities and non-profits
Win more
grants.
An AI Assistant and a human bid writer take the time, cost and stress out of bid writing, so you spend more time on the work that matters.
The funding process is broken
The way funding flows to charities hasn’t changed in decades. Charities pour time into applications, while funders wade through hundreds of submissions trying to work out who’s a good fit. The result? Slow decisions and wasted effort on both sides.
-
No time to search.
Thousands of funders, all with different criteria. By the time you find the right one, the deadline has passed.
-
No insider knowledge.
Funders reward applications that speak their language. Without someone who’s done it before, strong work gets overlooked.
-
Too expensive.
Experienced bid writers are scarce. A freelancer charges by the day, and a fundraiser costs a salary most small charities can’t afford.
Find funders who back organisations like yours.
Most grant searches give you a list. Fundin gives you a shortlist you can win.
AI Assistant
- AI Matched, not searched. Tell it what you need funding for. It checks live grants from 26,000+ funders and shows you the ones you’re eligible for.
- AI Backed by real giving data. 150,000+ annual accounts show which funders have backed organisations like yours.
Your bid writer
- Builds your strategy. What to go for now, what to line up next, and what to leave.
A first draft in minutes. A final draft worth submitting.
AI Assistant
- AI Drafts the first version. Every answer drafted from your own documents, in your voice and to each word limit.
- AI Your data stays yours. Private to your organisation and never used to train AI models.
Your bid writer
- Reviews every bid. Someone who knows what funders look for sharpens every draft before it comes to you to approve.
Never miss a deadline or a report.
Winning the grant is half the job. Fundin keeps the rest moving.
AI Assistant
- AI Tracks every deadline. Closing dates, decisions and reporting dates, across your whole pipeline.
- AI Monitors what you’ve won. What each funder needs from you. Ask "What’s due this month?" and it answers.
Your bid writer
- Writes your impact reports. Your monitoring data turned into the reports each funder asks for.
- Plans what’s next. Your bid writer identifies the next opportunity.

Questions you might have
Who are your bid writers?
Experienced bid writers who have secured millions of pounds in grants and tenders. We match you with a bid writer whose experience fits your organisation and what you’re bidding for.
Will I work with the same bid writer?
Yes. You keep the same bid writer, who gets to know your organisation, and you have the wider team behind them too.
How quickly can we get started?
Onboarding can take as little as a day. It depends on how quickly you can send us your documents, such as past bids, policies and impact reports.
How much of my time does it take?
After onboarding, a monthly strategy call and approving each bid before it goes in. Your bid writer does the rest.
What does unlimited bids mean?
There’s no cap on how many bids we write for you. Your bid writer works through your queue one bid at a time, with grants back in 5 working days and tenders in 10.
How do I reach my bid writer?
By email or WhatsApp, as well as your monthly strategy call.
Who submits the bid?
You do. Your bid writer gets it ready, and you approve and submit, so the final say always stays with you.
Will our applications sound like everyone else's?
No. Every answer is drafted from your own content and nothing else. Two organisations would need the same profile and the same project to get the same draft.
Do funders accept AI-assisted applications?
Most don't prohibit it, and some now ask you to disclose it. Every Fundin draft is built from your own evidence, with a bid writer on hand to review it.
Is our data safe?
Yes. Your profile and documents are private to your organisation and never used to train AI models.
We're a small or volunteer-run charity. Is this for us?
Yes. Fundin is built for teams without a dedicated fundraiser.
What's the contract?
Plans are monthly, and you can cancel anytime. If our bid writers write your bids for you, there is a three-month minimum.
Do you cover tenders too?
Yes. See the Tenders page.
