Every paid plan comes with a 12-month guarantee. If you don't win more than you've paid us in 12 months, we refund the difference.
To qualify for the guarantee, you must:

Complete your onboarding and training within 30 days of joining.

Support check-ins
Attend at least 50% of your monthly support calls.

High quality
Keep all active campaigns and draft applications at a Fundin review score of 80/100 or above.

Actually submit applications
Submit a pre-agreed number of applications per year (min. 1/month) to Fundin-rated strong matches with 80/100+ AI review scores.

Submission logging
Record every application submission inside Fundin along with the funder’s confirmation. Every decision must have been received.

12-month term
Maintain an active subscription continuously for the full 12 months.
