About the Fund
The Loved and Wanted Fund supports civil society organisations to promote social cohesion in London by bringing Londoners together to participate fully in community and city life. It builds on the Mayor’s ‘All of Us’ social integration strategy and aims to create safe, welcoming spaces that enable meaningful interactions across diverse communities. The fund provides grants up to £60,000 to develop and deliver programmes fostering relationships among different communities and improving access to services that support participation in community life.

Eligibility
Applicants must be:
- Legally incorporated not-for-profit organisations (registered charities, CIOs, CICs, companies limited by guarantee, community benefit societies)
- Able to operate a physical, public-facing community space in London (venue based) until March 2028 (they must own, rent or have permission for the space).
- Have been operating in the same local area for at least 5 years.
- Have an annual turnover between £100,000 and £10 million (in 2024/25).
- Have a bank account with at least two unrelated signatories.
- Must demonstrate work across communities impacted by social exclusion or financial hardship; willing to work across faith and community divides.
- If applying as a partnership / consortium: the lead must meet those eligibility criteria
Grant Details
- Up to 15 grants will be awarded.
- Each grant is up to £60,000 (over the programme period).
- Funding period: February 2026 to March 2028.
