The fund, supported by funding from Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), is part of broader plans to improve the delivery and availability of community-based care for older adults, carers, and adults with support needs.
Funding specifically aims to:
- Reduce the impact of social isolation and loneliness on the health, wellbeing, independence, and subsequent support needs of adults living in north Solihull.
- Increase the visibility and participation of older adults, carers and adults with support needs in community activities and support networks.
- Improve and increase the availability and accessibility of community activities that support adults living in north Solihull.

Grant Details
Grants of up to £20,000 available for eligible projects.
How to apply
- Complete online application.
- This fund will close to new applications on 25th November 2025.
- All projects must be fully delivered by Friday 6th March 2026.
- Final monitoring must be returned by Friday 3rd April 2026.
