About the Fund
The Trust supports specific projects (rather than general organisational costs) that equip disadvantaged adults with communication skills (including empathy, listening, emotional intelligence, confidence, clarity) ready for employment. There must be at least one accredited vocational qualification gained during delivery or within two months of project completion.
Eligibility
UK charity that has been registered with the Charity Commission for at least 3 years and has an annual turnover of £25,000 to £500,000
Grant Details
Up to £5,000 per grant.
Projects must show proven model, partnership work with other local organisations. Annual repeat funding is possible for up to 3 years, subject to satisfactory review.
How to apply
- Stage One: Complete an Expression of Interest (EOI) form with basic contact details and description of the funding required.
- If invited to Stage Two: Submit a Project Plan including budget details (using template available), latest audited financial accounts, and relevant organisational policies.
- Successful applicants will be notified in writing with terms and conditions, asked for payment details. Monitoring reports required six months from start of funding and at end of first year. Future funding depends on evidence of impact.
